Race info and schedule

General Notes

The rules are based as closely as possible on official biathlon standards. That’s why at the HOHPE Cups in Weiden and Musdorf, anyone who has their own biathlon equipment (rifle and target system) is absolutely welcome to use it.

You're also allowed to carry your laser rifle on your back, and when shooting in prone position, you may use a shooting sling and hand stop.
I personally will use target reducers, but it’s completely up to each participant. You’re all athletes — I trust you to ensure a fair competition.

For participants without their own biathlon equipment, rifles and target systems will be provided.

Each shooting stage is limited to eight shots.
If any targets are missed, the appropriate number of penalty laps must be completed.

At the start of each race day, there will be a competition briefing. Participation is voluntary, but strongly recommended, since there may be last-minute changes (e.g. due to weather) that will only be communicated on site after discussing them with all of you.

If you have any questions during the event, our helpers — and I — will be available for you at any time.

Zeroing will take place approx. 10 minutes after the last athlete of the previous group has finished their final shooting stage.
The first group of the day will start their zeroing about 15 minutes before the race begins.

All off-road rollerskis with pneumatic tires (max. wheel diameter 200 mm) are allowed.
One brake are mandatory for all races!
And whenever you're on rollerskis, you must wear a helmet and either glasses or a visor!

Once I receive registrations, I’ll publish a start list on the homepage.
By signing up, you agree to the publication of your name and the races you've entered.
